At JustWomen, we aim to deliver your favorite fashion pieces quickly, safely, and affordably. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time

Standard Delivery (Within India): 4–7 business days (depending on location).
Express Delivery (Selected Cities): 1–3 business days.
Remote or rural areas may take additional time.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
A standard shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply for orders below the minimum value.
Express shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS/WhatsApp, which you can use to monitor your delivery status.

5. International Shipping

Currently, JustWomen ships only within India.
International shipping will be introduced soon.

6. Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to weather, festivals, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
We will keep you informed in case of significant delays.

7. Undelivered Packages

If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
