At JustWomen, we want you to love what you purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are here to make your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free.
1. Returns

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice.

Certain items such as jewellery, beauty products, and innerwear are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.
2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product (size/color), you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Jewellery, beauty & personal care items, and intimate wear.

Discounted or clearance sale items (unless defective/damaged).
5. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures, and we will arrange for a free replacement or refund.
